Duet House is a luxury stay at the base of the Catskill Mountains. Great for families, friends, and business retreats.

The Den of the Main House features a generous lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining table, an open and well-appointed kitchen, and views of Mombaccus Mountain. The Primary Bedroom and Bathroom are also located on this floor.

On the lower level is the Listening Lounge with a record player and Eames Lounger as well as a dedicated work room with a large communal table and rolling whiteboard. The second bedroom and bathroom (with tub) are also located on this level, as well as the access to the outdoor cedar hot tub.

Please note, upon booking a guest agreement will be sent to you via email for your signature.

There is a separate Guesthouse on the property which will remain locked and off-limits during your stay. If you would like to add the Guesthouse to your stay, look for the other Duet House listing that accommodates up to 6 guests for the correct pricing.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
