GUEST ACCESS
Self-check-in is provided with a custom code for the rear entry doors. The code is sent via text and email on the morning of your arrival. Our Guest Agreement must be signed before your check-in date.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Kingston regulations allow up to 6 adults and 4 children under 10.
There are 3 bathrooms and 2 showers on the second floor (The blue bathroom with the clawfoot tub does not have a shower.)
The ground floor library can be set up as a bedroom upon request, at least 1 week before arrival. It features an en suite bathroom with shower.
NEIGHBORHOOD HIGHLIGHTS
The home is on a quaint tree-lined corner, surrounded on three sides by beautiful (and inactive) churches in Kingston's Rondout Historic Waterfront District.
One block away is Cornell Park, with grass, benches and little peaks of the Hudson River from its highest points.
We're just 2 blocks from Broadway with its fresh donuts, shops (including a nature-themed toy shop and one of the best shops for upstate design-y goods), restaurants, salons, an adorable wine bar, a hidden hibachi restaurant, a friendly wine shop, and the waterfront with river cruises and duck watching.
With easy access to the highway just beyond the Broadway area, we're also a great jumping off point for Catskills hiking, rock climbing, shopping, farm stands, orchards, antiquing, and enjoying nature.
GETTING HERE
Just 1.5 hours from the George Washington Bridge, Kingston is a straight shot up 87 getting off at Exit 19.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
